I work in the health care industry and I have been calling the office now for 3 days straight and continue to get a busy signal. I have been sending a fax to request a call back and the fax line just rings and will not pick up to transmit. How are physicians offices and insurance suppose to get through to your office?

My experience here has always been amazing. From the front office staff to the nurse practitioners. Everyone is so patient and friendly. They all care about your well-being and overall health. Nurse Staggers is very informative and professional. She always goes the extra mile to ensure my family and I receive the best care possible. I would definitely recommend thes healthcare providers!

I was having a very severe headache all night and wasn’t able to sleep, after I spoke with Dr. Staggers. She assess my condition and ordered the needed medication and I received it within hours. She was very thorough, courteous, patient and understanding of my issue. This is a doctor. You would want to treat you when you are going through medical issues, a doctor that treats you like a human and not a number.

I’ve waited a month to write this long detailed review because I wanted to give this office a valid chance. I had heard amazing things about Dr. Staggers & was able to finally get in to her as my PCP. Initially, my encounter with the front office was good but how quickly that changed after my appointment. The visit itself was a bit long yet very thorough which I greatly appreciated. You can tell Dr. Staggers truly cares about her patients & will cover all basis to make sure she provides the best care. Ironically about time my appointment came I was very sick & had been sick for almost 2 weeks with zero medication from my visits to urgent care. I had so much going on & needed immediate help to get better. The doctor took bloodwork & prescribed medication including antibiotics I desperately needed. I was told prior to leaving that my medication was being sent over to my pharmacy so I could start the meds same day. I did not receive my meds until after 7pm ironically after I had called & left a portal message saying the pharmacy did not have the Rxs. However, the antibiotic was missing. The next day I called the office again & explained that my pharmacy had not received the RX & coul

Excellent staff! I just changed from my previous pediatrician to ALMS and I have been SO happy with the individual attention my daughter gets from Dr Staggers compared to the last place that was SO busy. At parkland clinic, My kid was always in and out very fast and all kids were treated the same. But I Adore Dr. Staggers, she is AMAZING with my daughter!! She spends time studying her medical records, and she takes time to talk and listen to me and my child.
